Schedule World
The FIFA World Cup takes place every four years and every association affiliated with FIFA may participate in the tournament. The 2022 FIFA World Cup will be hosted by Qatar and like previous tournaments, it will consist of a preliminary competition and a final competition. The finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup are scheduled to be played in Qatar from November 20, 2022, to December 18, 2022.
The tournament will feature 32 teams, all these teams have gone through the preliminary competition which was played from June 6, 2019, to June 14, 2022. Qatar gets automatic qualification being the host of the tournament.
The Qualification Process for the 2022 FIFA World Cup began on June 6, 2019, and will be completed on June 14, 2022. As of now, 32 teams including Qatar have qualified for the tournament.

The Road Ahead
After making it to the top 32 the teams will feature in the finals in Qatar where they will compete to win the prestigious World Cup Trophy.
