2022 FIFA World Cup Schedule in Iran Standard Time (IRST)

The 2022 FIFA World Cup will be hosted by Qatar from November 20, 2022, to December 18, 2022. During the 29 days-long event top national teams from various FIFA Confederations will compete to win the prestigious trophy. This will be the first-ever FIFA World Cup hosted by the Arabic nation. Iran qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup on January 27, 2022, this will be the third consecutive appearance of Iran at the FIFA World Cup finals while overall it will be the sixth appearance at the tournament. A number of fans from Iran want to enjoy each and every match of the tournament and especially the matches where their national team is involved. Accordingly, we have provided the complete match schedule for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Iran Standard Time (IRST). The tournament will be played in Qatar and the matches will be played as per Arabia Standard Time (AST) which is three hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) while the time used in Iran is Iran Standard Time (IRST) is three hours and thirty minutes ahead of UTC, hence, there is a time difference of thirty minutes between Iran Time and match kick-off time.

The first game of the tournament will be played between Qatar and Ecuador at 7:30 PM Iran Time on November 20, 2022, at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor while the two semi-final winners will be competing for the trophy on December 18, 2022, at 6:30 PM Iran Standard Time at the Lusail Iconic Stadium in Lusail.
