The 2020 UEFA Euro is scheduled from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021, in 11 different venues across 11 different host cities. The tournament was initially scheduled to take place from June 12, 2020, to July 12, 2020, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the tournament was rescheduled to take place from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021.
UEFA Euro is a quadrennial football tournament in which top teams mainly from Europe competes to win the prestigious trophy. UEFA Euro is also the second biggest international tournament in the game of football after FIFA World Cup. The tournament is organized by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
The tournament will feature 24 teams which will be divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each. The matches will be played in round-robin and knockout format. In the group stage of the tournament each team will play 3 matches and based on the performance in the group stage, 16 teams will advance to the knockout stage of the tournament.
The USA is not part of the competition but there would be a number of football lovers from the US (United States) who would be eager to watch each game of the 2020 UEFA Euro. The matches will kick-off as per Local Time/Central European Summer Time, which is two hours ahead of Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) while the Pacific Time or the Pacific Daylight Time is seven hours behind the UTC this results in a time difference of 9 hours, So we converted the match start timing of all the matches to UTC-7:00. The schedule provided in the table below will be useful for fans from the US and Canada.
During the entire period of the competition, Pacific Daylight Time will be used instead of the standard Pacific Standard Time (PST), therefore, we have provided the Match Schedule of 2020 UEFA Euro in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) for all the 51 matches so that you never miss a match.
The opening match of the tournament will be contested between Turkey and Italy on June 11, 2021, at 12:00 PM PDT at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome while the final match of the 2020 UEFA Euro will be played on July 11, 2021, at 12:00 PM PDT in London.
