The 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup (2022 FIFA World Cup) is scheduled from November 20, 2022, to December 18, 2022. The tournament will last for 29 days and will be hosted by the Arabic nation Qatar. The FIFA World Cups are generally held during the June-July months, however, due to intense heat in Qatar during those months, the tournament has been scheduled during the November-December months.
